APHS Student Spotlight: Jer’shawn Lewis

Jer’shawn is a member of Dream Academy 12, which will allow him to graduate with an associate’s degree from Brookdale Community College at the same time he graduates high school. He is president of the Engineering Club, bowling team, APHS Great Debaters and the outdoor track team, where he runs the 200 and throws the shot put. Jer’shawn’s grade point average is 4.1. He applied to and was accepted at all seven colleges. However, he plans to attend New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he will major in mechanical engineering.
